Why We Built This Site
Kansas gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Geary County access depends on the record type. The Clerk of the District Court keeps district court case files at the courthouse in Junction City. Junction City Municipal Court handles city ordinance and municipal traffic records. The Sheriff's Office manages the jail roster, records requests, civil process, and warrant processing. KDHE issues certified marriage and divorce certificates, while Geary County's KORA forms route county administrative records.
